Booking Shelfie Storage is very easy. All you need is a mobile phone or computer. Follow the Book Now link where you will be able to see the pricing, choose the size of the Shelfie that suits your needs and complete the booking online. You will need a debit or credit card to complete payment. Once the booking is complete, you will receive your unique access code and a link to download our Shelfie App. You can then immediately access the Shelfie storage facility using your phone or the PIN code.

You can access your storage unit even on the same day of completing the booking! The key is to clear the first payment, after which you will immediately receive access instructions and your unique access PIN code.

Shelfie Storage is open in accordance with Stadsfeestzaal Shopping opening times, which is Monday to Saturday, 8:00 to 20:00 and every first Sunday of the month. Keep an eye on special opening times during holidays.

Absolutely! There is 24/7 CCTV, each storage box is fitted with individual burglar alarm that is activated in case of forced entry, and the access devices at the entrance door and on each box take photo of everyone entering the facility, in case of unauthorised entry.

For self-storage the minimum rental period is 1 month. We also offer a daily storage suitable for luggage storage or other short term storage needs. If you need a mid-term solution, eg. renting storage for few weeks only, get in touch with our team and we will make sure to help!

To terminate your rental you can cancel your booking in the Shelfie App or in your online client portal. You can also contact us directly. Note that the notice period is 30 days. If you require special circumstances do get in touch with us and we will do our best to accommodate your request.

Yes. To make your life easier content insurance for up to €2,000 is included in the price of our storage. If you require additional insurance you can purchase extra coverage directly at the checkout.
